As veterans ourselves, we’ve experienced the challenges of transitioning from service and know the importance of having a strong support network. That’s why we started Valor Ventures Veterans—to ensure no veteran feels alone in their journey.
Our mission is built on resilience, camaraderie, and a commitment to helping veterans unlock their full potential. We believe every veteran’s experiences hold unique value, and our goal is to help transform those experiences into tools for growth. Through advocacy, mentorship, and shared activities, we’re creating a community where veterans can find support, share victories, and navigate challenges together.

Trent Foster
Trent Foster is the Co-Founder and President of Valor Ventures Veterans, a veteran-focused organization dedicated to helping former service members reconnect with their community and live fulfilling lives. A proud Marine Corps veteran, Trent understands the challenges of transitioning to civilian life and aims to create a space where veterans feel they belong and are inspired to thrive.
Trent's military experience taught him resilience, discipline, and the power of perseverance—lessons that drive his work and passion for supporting his fellow veterans. He believes in the importance of veterans looking out for each other and ensuring no one faces challenges alone.
Outside of the nonprofit, Trent enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and running, and values time spent with close friends. He is deeply committed to personal growth and helping others reach their full potential, always striving to be a positive force for those around him.
Robbie Cardoza
Robbie Cardoza is a Co-Founder and Strategic Development Leader of Valor Ventures Veterans and a proud Oregon Army National Guard veteran. With seven years of service under his belt, Robbie is passionate about creating a space where veterans can uplift one another, feel valued, and reconnect with the community they once served.
Driven by his desire to help veterans find their voices and access the support they need, Robbie works to ensure that every veteran feels understood, respected, and encouraged to thrive.
Residing in Stayton, Oregon, Robbie enjoys spending time outdoors adventuring with his fiancée and exploring the beauty of his home state. When indoors, he’s an avid gamer who also nurtures a love for history as an amateur coin collector. Robbie’s dedication to community and personal growth inspires his work and commitment to empowering his fellow veterans.
Brandon Partee
Brandon Partee is a Co-Founder and Veteran Advocacy Specialist of Valor Ventures Veterans and a proud U.S. Navy veteran with five years of service. A passionate advocate for fostering camaraderie and supporting those in need, Brandon brings a dynamic approach to connecting with veterans, inspiring them to embrace challenges, and fostering a strong sense of community.
With expertise in both leisure and extreme sports, including surfing, snowboarding, and backpacking, Brandon channels his adventurous spirit into creating opportunities for veterans to build confidence and forge bonds through shared experiences. His passion for music and art further enriches his ability to connect with others, offering veterans creative outlets for expression and personal growth.
Brandon’s energetic leadership and commitment to helping veterans thrive make him an integral part of Valor Ventures Veterans. His dedication to building connections, sharing meaningful experiences, and supporting those who truly need help drives his mission to empower the veteran community.
